Located among the beautiful and dramatic scenery of the Haut Languedoc National Park, the Cave de Roquebrun lies at the heart of the St Chinian appellation, north of the town of Beziers Established in 1968, the Cave represents 110 members who farm over 500 hectares of vines planted mainly on south facing hillsides, producing Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Carignan, Rousanne, Viognier and Grenache Blanc to make St Chinian, Coteaux de Languedoc and Vins de Pays Low yields and attention to detail in the cellar result in a range of outstanding red, white and rose wines in a number of different styles and at a range of prices. - Les Roches Noires St Chinian
A lip smacking, juicy, fruity red made by the whole bunch fermentation of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Syrah grapes, giving a delicious jammy style.
The 2003 Vintage was COMMENDED by 2006 Decanter World Wine Awards

Fruit salad flavours abound in this delicate raspberry pink rosé. Its refreshing light and crisp flavour is delicious on a warm summers day or with a light meal.
- Sir de Roc Brun St Chinian
A smooth, exceptionally fruity red, made using whole bunch fermentation of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Syrah, giving a wonderfully soft structure. This is refined by gentle aging in oak barrels for 12 months resulting in a smooth soft structure with hints of spicy vanilla.
- Terasses d'Aupenac Viognier Vins de Pays d'Oc
A rich, smooth white, full of spicy apricot and peach fruit flavours, overlaid with subtle hints of vanilla.
This 100% Viognier has been fermented in oak barrels giving a delicious spicy complexity.

Smooth and juicy, full of fruit, this St Chinian oozes black fruit and ripe currant flavours.
