St Chinian Roches Noires 2003

Journalist: Matthew Jukes

This is a succulent, ripe, blackberry-coulis-stuffed red wine, with some serious complexity beneath the rumbustious exterior. Slip beyond the frontage unnoticed and wallow in the layers of deep, dark plum and berry fruit. This is a superb wintry red and the value for money here is cracking.
